EVENT RENTALS
ENTIRE MUSEUM RENTAL
$1000 (maximum 299 people) for six consecutive hours. Please note that due to Museum standards, food is only allowed for parties of 100 persons or less. Please call for availability.
CONFERENCE ROOM
$500 (maximum 20 people) for six consecutive hours. $250 (maximum 20 people) for four consecutive hours. Please call for availability. Please note there is an additional charge for security, if needed.
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT
Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations must be made at least 60 days in advance. A 20% deposit is due at the time the reservation is made. CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to event date, the deposit – minus a 20% processing fee – will be returned within three weeks of cancellation. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to event date, the deposit is non-refundable.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Your party includes: The Party Room Our party room can hold up to 24 guests of all ages. You bring the decorations and refreshments of your choice. You will have exclusive use of the party room for one hour. A Free Gift for the Birthday Guest of Honor! Your child (or adult!) will treasure their very own “Meadow”, a plush calf inspired by California’s rich agricultural history! Museum Galleries The Sacramento History Museum galleries are open for all of your guests to enjoy. Your party includes all day admission.
